WHAT A PERSONALISED NUTRITION CONSULTATION ENTAILS (SUPPORT PACKAGE)
BEFORE
· You fill in a HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE at home – this can take up to 2 hours due to the level of detail required to enable an effective and safe consultation.
DURING
· A welcome hot or cold drink (if in-person)
· Time to discover your short and long-term goals.
· A full exploration of your pre-filled health questionnaire, with clarification if required.
· A personalised education around your signs and symptoms.
· A discussion of your dietary preferences and current routines to inform appropriate and supportive recommendations.
AFTER
You receive a Personalised Nutrition Plan (diet & lifestyle recommendations supported by a 3-day meal plan and recipes). Recommendations may also include supplementation and tests, but this is not always the case - I always adopt a food-first approach. You’ll also receive a summary letter of our discussion and if appropriate a letter to your GP.
The 15-minute support call and the 60-minute return consultation are then arranged, as part of the package.

FERTILITY AND PRE-CONCEPTION
Health at the time of conception lays the foundation for a healthy pregnancy and the life-long health of a child.
I can support you at stages of fertility; conceiving naturally, IVF, embryo or egg freezing, and/or whether you have had a history of miscarriages.
Diet and lifestyle may affect the quality of sperm and eggs, and how well-regulated hormones are, all of which is crucial to facilitating pregnancy outcomes. Therefore, ideally both partners should be included when addressing fertility.
Along with a healthy diet, fresh (non-polluted) air, exercise, rest and reduced stress-levels are all important to maximise your fertility.
Understanding how your body is functioning may give you the best chance of conceiving and carrying a healthy pregnancy to term.
Learn how to support your hormones and optimise your reproductive health.
Where appropriate, some functional tests may be recommended to truly understand any imbalances; whether hormonal, gut or deficiency related.
A personalised supplement programme may be part of your protocol, if it is supportive to your journey to conception and pregnancy.
I can provide EMPOWERMENT in this period when you may feel you have no control over your goals.
PREGNANCY
During pregnancy supporting both your health and the health of your unborn baby through nutrition is vital.
A woman’s diet and lifestyle impacts on their baby’s nutrient stores, metabolism, gut health, immune system, organ function (including the brain!), whether a baby may be born prematurely or at a low birth weight, and their susceptibility to diseases later in life.
My personalised nutrition approach will provide you with the knowledge on how to feel your best throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period, alongside giving your baby the best possible start in life.
We will explore how best to balance your blood sugar, to reduce nausea and the risk of gestational diabetes, and how to maximise your nutrient intake if you are suffering from food aversions, sickness and/or reflux.
POST-NATAL
Pregnancy, birth, and motherhood change your body and it is important to replenish nutrients and provide yourself with the nutrition to optimise healing and recovery.
Optimising maternal nutrition health throughout the post-natal journey can result in joy, self-confidence, and an enhanced capacity to thrive in the new integrated identity of ‘woman and mother’.
I seek to support you when you may have lost your way with health and wellbeing and help you to optimise nutrition whilst juggling new challenges.
I can help you understand how you may support your hormones, mood, gut health, energy levels, sleep quality (for however many hours your children let you sleep for!), and to feel like ‘you’ again or the best version of the ‘new you’.
If you choose to breastfeed, a healthy and balanced diet is key to provide essential nutrients for your growing newborn as the quality of your breast milk is influenced by your daily food intake and your own health.

toddler & young child (launching MAY 2025)
I support you to understand what your toddler/young child need regarding nutrition and how to navigate this around their specific health conditions, allergies, intolerances, food aversions and behavioural tendencies.
You will receive a Personalised Nutrition Plan for your child (as detailed above under the main support package), based upon their dietary preferences and current routines to best support them.
